cgit is at version 0.8 but version 0.8.2.1 has been released so the port should probably be updated to that version. The port's livecheck is also disabled. It should probably be enabled. I will see if I can attach a patch to do this.

I enabled the livecheck in r50812.

The version of git that's downloaded along with cgit should be updated as well to whatever the current version is. The git port was recently updated to 1.6.3 but the ​git homepage still says the latest stable version is 1.6.2.5 so ​I'm not sure what the correct version to use is.

Attached is a patch that updates cgit to 0.8.2.1, the included copy of git to 1.6.3, and fixes #19586 and #19587 as well.
