Description
I am trying to get Gramps port updated to 3.1.1. I have got it somewhat working (see attached files.) What is confusing me is that when i go and run /opt/local/gramps from the apple X11 applications menu it loads and runs fine but when I try to run it from the xterm I get the following:
Xlib: extension "RANDR" missing on display ":0.0". Bus error
I am compiling on Mac OSX 10.4. Got any ideas why it would do this?

I may not have been as clear as I wanted to be. When it gives me the bus error it kicks me back out the the bash shell.

I'm going to close this, since gramps was updated to 3.2.0; see #24258. If you still experience crashes with that version, please open a new ticket for that and supply more info.
