I tried to reopen #15876 but I don't have the rights. The problem was fixed in r38074, but r49252 reverted the change to master_sites. Fetching from there gets a file with md5 5f84ad52d092d5db4ad5916df767646b instead of 9fcf4f1651b8e6d3f56f1ef665285b2e as said in the portfile.
