dont build x86_64 arch, only ppc and i386
what can i do?

Can you be more specific about the problem? Builds 64-bit for me. Please provide the output of the following command:

sudo port -d build libiconv +universal

Ok... it looks you don't have x86_64 set in universal_archs

Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

Open /opt/local/etc/macports/macports.conf and edit the line beginning with "universal_archs". The default for Mac OS X 10.5.x and earlier is "i386 ppc" but you can change this to a different combination of architectures if desired.
