MacVim reports that there is a new version available, as does port livecheck macvim . Could the maintainers update the Portfile to reflect this? (The new version includes netbean support

Definitely will look into this. The current patches do not apply anymore so needs some more work.

Has been easier than I thought at first, the patch has been integrated upstream.
