boxes: use configure.cc

Description

boxes is build using "gcc" but should be using whatever is in ${configure.cc}. See UsingTheRightCompiler.

The attached patch fixes it. If you have no objection I'll commit it.

No response from maintainer. Fixed (in a slightly different way without a patchfile) in r57865.
