xruskb should be updated. It looks like 1.15.4 is available. It also seems the homepage has moved.

The homepage and master_site are no longer valid.
http://lav.yar.ru/download/xruskb/ has the latest versions

http://lav.yar.ru/programs.html also says "Due to wide XKB extension adoption it is no longer needed."
