libsdl-1.2.13 Deprecated NSQuickDrawView removed on 10.6?

Description

libsdl fails to build; the following is the very first build error: 

In file included from ./src/video/quartz/SDL_QuartzVideo.m:24:./src/video/quartz/SDL_QuartzVideo.h:96: error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'NSQuickDrawView'

I expect this ancient class has finally been removed and libsdl isn't updated to use Quartz yet. I read somewhere that this should have been fixed in 1.3 but that's not released yet. Not sure what to do about this but it is holding up a few ports.
