libxdg-basedir-1.0.2 submission

hi, to update awesome to version 3.3.3 this port needs to be added to the repository. As I'm new to macports development I made some assumptions regarding the Portfile keywords and values (as we know, assumption is the mother of all *).

name: libxdg-basedir or xdg-basedir? (freshports uses libxdg-basedir)
categories: x11? (again from freshports)
dependencies: I could build on a fresh installation of macports and therefore did not add any dependencies.

Perhaps a macports developer can have a look at the submitted file and fix the wrong parameters or add the missing ones.
