squirrelmail updates needed

Description
Please update the squirrelmail port. The current version is now 1.4.19 (1.4.20 will be out soon), and the dependencies need to be adjusted. The dependency on apache2 and the apache variant should be removed, and a dependency on port:php5-web should be added. Most php5 modules have been split off into their own ports; according to the documentation, squirrelmail requires the gettext, mbstring and xml modules. At this time the xml module is still built into the php5 port, but you should add dependencies on port:php5-gettext and port:php5-mbstring. You may also want to add a dependency on the optional port:php5-pspell.
