phpbb updates needed

phpbb needs to be updated. The current version is 3.0.5. The dependencies on apache2, php5 and mysql5, and the apache and php4 variants, should be removed, and a dependency on port:php5-web should be added. Most php5 modules have been split off into their own ports. The mysql3, mysql4, postgresql7 and postgresql8 variants should be replaced with a mysql variant that adds a dependency on port:php5-mysql and a postgresql variant that adds a dependency on port:php5-postgresql. According to ​the documentation it will optionally use port:php5-ftp, port:php5-imagick and port:php5-gd, so I would add those as dependencies too. (xml and zlib are always on in the php5 port.) All of the dependencies should be depends_run.
