Request for openmaintainer and bug fixes

Given I maintain the ice-cpp port which directly links against mcpp, this is a formal request to make the mcpp port openmaintainer so it can be more easily maintained.

Also, we need to patch it with this patch:

as it prevents ice-cpp from being built, see #21275.

If the port is broken you should just commit the fix.

It only doesn't work on Snow Leopard and I've gone through multiple maintainer timeouts, so this is just to make my life easier in the future, say when 2.7.3 comes out that includes the patches, but is not necessarily needed.

And the fix from #21275 also includes an patch for system.H which have to be applied too (Portfile diff is also in #21275).

@toby: the port builds fine and mcpp is usable, this bug arrises only when you use mcpp as lib.
