Description

Python implementation of Hidden Markov model and associated algorithms (Viterbi and Baum-Welsh)

It contains some C extensions and uses Numeric Python to speed up the computations.

As a stub I took the py26-logilab-astng Portfile. Since py26-logilab-hmm requires fortran to build, I took the Fortran stuff from the py26-scipy Portfile.
