tovid python warning

I just installed tovid and it reports the following:

--->  Building tovid
--->  Staging tovid into destroot
Warning: violation by /Library/Python
Warning: tovid violates the layout of the ports-filesystems!
Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!
--->  Installing tovid @0.31_0

So, it looks like it installed, but won't in the future, so this should probably be fixed, and I figured a ticket is the easiest way to track it.
