split swig into one port per binding

Description

Attached is a patch to have a separate swig-foo port for each language binding, rather than a +foo variant. It uses a portgroup that I have already committed. All of swig's dependents will of course also need to have their dependencies updated.

Note that the patch is a little odd because I used svn cp to create each of the binding ports, so the commit will be less confusing if I do it rather than you applying the patch and committing the result.
