qt4-mac-4.5.3_0: pkg-config files only _debug version

Description

When installing qt4-mac, the pkg-config files are named ..._debug.pc, so that e.g. pkg-config --cflags QtCore will fail.

This issue has been fixed, most recently in r72571, with qt4-mac being at 4.7.0.
