libdmtx port is badly out of date

Description
The MacPorts version is 0.5.2; the package is currently at 0.7.2.
The listed maintainer, mr_bond, hasn't updated it in a year.
Problem: having installed the old MacPorts version, I fear that trying to install the new version from its home distribution will create problems.

I'm attaching a diff which brings libdmtx up to the current version (0.7.2). I have performed only a few tests of the compiled product, but it looks good to me.
Also, the "patch-util-common-libdmtx.c.diff" patch seems to be no longer necessary.
