rocksndiamonds: update to 3.2.6.1

Description

rocksndiamonds needs some updates:

  • 3.2.6.1 is out
  • /Applications/MacPorts should be changed to ${applications_dir}
  • don't need to use "system" to create symlinks
  • CC should get set correctly on all operating systems not just Tiger

I'm attaching a patch which makes these changes, but I have not been able to test it because dependency libsdl_image doesn't build for me.
