Description

Here's an updated Portfile for nip2 7.20.1, the new current stable version.

This has a new dependency: goffice-0.8. I've made ticket #22581 for it. That port needs adding before this one.

I have a compile problem with this version, however vips is newer than the previous nip2 was looking for. I'll check this in anyways and open a new ticket (#26237) for the build problem.
