Changeset r60465 (which accounts for the fact that there's still only a RC1 of the suhosin patch for the current php release 5.3.1) didn't make it from php5-devel to php5.

I was hoping by the time somebody noticed, the final 5.3.1 patch would be out. :) I updated php5 to use the 5.3.1RC1 patch in r60775.
