pgAdmin3 build fails: wxWidgets-devel is not found — at Initial Version

Description
When pgAdmin3 is done in build, wxWidgets-devel is not found. Present pgAdmin3 Portfile is fixed of wxWidgets-2.8. *. I think that I should correct Portfile of pgAdmin3 and wxWidgets-devel.
% port installed The following ports are currently installed:
wxWidgets-devel @2.9.0_0 (active)
% sudo port -dv archive pgAdmin3
