pgAdmin3 build fails: wxWidgets-devel is not found — at Version 1

When pgAdmin3 is done in build, wxWidgets-devel is not found. Present pgAdmin3 Portfile is fixed of wxWidgets-2.8. *. I think that I should correct Portfile of pgAdmin3 and wxWidgets-devel.
