qt4-mac has been updated to 4.6.0 in r62458. The main motivation for this update is the fact that Snow Leopard is now officially supported.

With the experience of Qt releases I would strongly suggest to wait for Qt-4.6.1. Meanwhile, use qt4-mac-devel which provides 4.6.0 and check that it works for you.
