xinstall fails for Psequin

I made the changes outlined in ticket:22621 and it builds fine, but then It says: 

$ sudo port install ncbi_tools
--->  Computing dependencies for ncbi_tools
--->  Building ncbi_tools
--->  Staging ncbi_tools into destroot
Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: xinstall: Cannot stat: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_science_ncbi_tools/work/ncbi/bin/Psequin, No such file or directory
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Yes, I can confirm this. I have the same issue.

Actually, in order to do "port install ncbi_tools" without errors, I had to remove the following names from the "set binaries" line of the Portfile: Psequin sbtedit entrez2 ddv udv psiblast.REAL blast.REAL psiblast_cs.REAL wblast2.REAL blast_cs.REAL wblast2_cs.REAL
