nfdump: update to 1.5.8

This patch makes numerous changes to nfdump:

• update to 1.5.8; this fixes the mtree violation by the manpages
• add license info to portfile, and install the license file in the doc dir
• don't install the INSTALL file since by the time the user is reading it, the software is already installed
• install doc files with permissions that allow normal users to read them
• fix livecheck
• remove the Makefile.in patch -- the software built fine for me without it on Snow Leopard, but did not build with it because without it LIBS doesn't contains -lresolv which is required to build
