zabbix: add pgsql84 variant

Description
zabbix already has variants pgsql81, pgsql82, and pgsql83, so there should probably be one for pgsql84 too. They should also probably conflict with one another, and perhaps with the other database variants as well (I don't know).

Here is a patch to fix #23227, #23229, #23230, #23231, and remove unnecessary --prefix and --mandir args. I made mysql5 a variant too, so now every database option has a variant. This simplifies things and is IMHO easier for the user to understand.
