rdiff-backup: install links in ${prefix}/bin

Description

After installing MacPorts I ran

sudo install rdiff-backup

It seems to have built the binary in /opt/local/var/macports/software/rdiff-backup/1.2.8_1/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/bin

but I assume it should have made an symlink to /opt/local/bin so that it's in the path?
