xfce4-session: configure: error: iceauth missing

Configure complains about missing iceauth:

checking for iceauth... no
configure: error: iceauth missing, please check your X11 installation

Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
Before reporting a bug, first run the command again with the -d flag to get complete output.

But iceauth is installed:

You need to put full email addresses in the cc field, bare usernames will not work.

And you'll need to look in the config.log file for the actual "checking" error.

It's missing an "iceauth" dependency, now that MacPorts doesn't use system X11.
