Buging port with icecast instal on mac snow leopar server

After some icecast folder supression i try to install icecast back but i have this surprise.Tell me what i have to do please, do i have to unstall Mac Ports to ?

 sudo port install icecast2

Apparently you've either never run sync or selfupdate successfully, or you've deleted at least some of the ports tree afterwards. A successful sync/selfupdate will restore it.
