opencv: allow ffmpeg-devel

Description

Does opencv really require specifically the ffmpeg port or would ffmpeg-devel suffice? If the latter, please allow this by specifying the ffmpeg dependency using path:-style not port:-style. See other ports that depend on ffmpeg for an example.
