Description
Fetching the source for qscintilla-2.4.2 fails for all six locations when performing port upgrade outdated, and the corresponding file QScintilla-gpl-2.4.2.tar.gz is not easily found on the web.

Blech. The error is because Riverbank (the makers of qscintilla) remove old versions when new ones are released. They just had a version bump, to 2.4.3, of qscintilla and removed the 2.4.2 sources.
I took a quick look around and it isn't obvious if or where they archive old versions. Oh well. I'll version bump and commit shortly. (pyqt4 and sip were also version-bumped, so I might need to submit tickets for them, too.)

Okay. I bumped the version to match the other, dependent components, and added the gentoo mirrors as given in the other Riverbank ports. Committed in r65097.
