Description
The server referenced in the master_sites line of the opendx-java40 port does not exist. And the port is missing a homepage definition.

Fixed the remaining three ports in r96246. I was unable to find an official source for these distfiles so I set them to download from MacPorts distfiles mirrors only. I also fixed the ports to indicate that they do not install any architecture specific files. And I added a homepage entry for opendx-java40.
