mesa 7.8 build error on Tiger — at Version 1

I was hoping ticket:24341 would have fixed my build problem, and it did take away that error, but Mesa still fails to build for me
The only thing different I'm doing with macports is I have it installed to a non standard prefix. I'm making a new build and installing tons of stuff through it to a prefix at /Applications/Wineskin2, as you can see in the log. This helps me get a good Xquartz build together I use in Wineskin (http://wineskin.doh123.com/).
Tons of stuff have built fine so far, and most of xorg install, but when it got to Mesa 7.8 its failed, although previous versions of mesa never had a problem building.
