Description

Foregrounding backgrounded jobs fails on OS X as reported in these messages:

A patch was sent to me:

I tested it, it works, and now I am posting it here so it can be used in Macports builds until it is fixed in the next release.

Brett committed the patch in r66551 and I increased the port's revision in r66571 so everyone is advised to rebuild.
