Description

This two portfiles update the arm-rtems-binutils and arm-rtems-gcc to the new rtems 4.9.4.

I had a little trouble with the last chunk for arm-rtems-binutils, but that was easily fixable. Why are the checksums uncommented for arm-rtems-binutils?

When I try to use the patch for arm-rtems-gcc I get this: 

patching file Portfile
Hunk #5 FAILED at 97.
Hunk #6 succeeded at 129 (offset 5 lines).
Hunk #7 FAILED at 266.
2 out of 7 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file Portfile.rej

I didn't do a further analysis, since livecheck shows for both ports much newer version by now.
