I recently upgraded OSX dev tools and macports. I cannot get past 'port upgrade outdated'.

Here's the verbose output. I would sincerely appreciate any assistance in getting past this roadblock. I've tried searching here but not found anything that could help me. I will also attach the verbose output as a file.

Did you upgrade to Snow Leopard from a previous OS version, and if so, did you follow the Migration instructions?
