Description
Numpy 1.4.1 has been released at http://sourceforge.net/projects/numpy/files/
I haven't yet tried to update the portfile since it is rather complicated.

I haven't seen an announcement of the 1.4.1 release on the NumPy mailing list yet, the last announcement I saw was for 1.4.1rc3. Also the homepage isn't showing the update has been released yet. I'm apprehensive to update before the official announcement, even though the download links indicate it was released a couple of days ago.
