odcctools needs deactivation before upgrade

MacPorts tree from svn (2010-05-10 update)
port last build ca. 4/1
Mac OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger)
Hardware PPC (iBook G4)

I needed to explicitly deactivate odcctools before upgrading. The immediate problem is that odcctools installs /opt/local/include/mach-o/loader.h, which apparently has been upgraded recently (for values of "recent" = "since @20061117_0"). The symptom is warnings and errors in libstuff/bytesex.c about several structs being declared in function argument lists.
