openssl: update to 1.0.0a

Description
As this changes the library version, all dependents will need a rev bump. Attaching patch for Portfile, refreshed version of patch-Makefile.org.diff to remove fuzz, and another patch that isn't actually part of the update but adds configure.sdkroot support.

The patches work fine for me. +1.
I applied the openssl-1.0.0a.diff and sdk_cleanup.diff patched to the Portfile and copied patch-Makefile.org.diff to the files folder.
The generated binaries work fine; however, I have not yet rebuild ports that depend on openssl.
