libvpx: add universal variant

Description

Here is a proposal for a universal variant for libvpx. I verified I can build the port i386/x86_64 on Snow Leopard x86_64 but did not test other systems nor test whether the cross-compiled version works.

I don't have +universal installed, so I can't test it beyond just 10.5 i386. But, that works & reading through the changes I think they should work.

I can confirm that this patch works on my machine. I'm running 10.6.6 on an x86_64 processor.
