libvpx: virtual memory exhausted

Description

On Tiger, libvpx fails during the destroot phase saying "virtual memory exhausted". This was also ​reported on the mailing list by Tom E.

Googling this error suggests this is a bug in GNU make 3.80, which is what's on Tiger. Simplest fix is to use MacPorts gmake which is newer.
