macports download page for 1.7 not working

after putting in name, address & e-mail on landing page (http://darwinports dot com/download/), and then clicking download button, takes you to download page (http://www.portcode dot com/darwinports/DarwinPorts-1.7.0-10.5-Leopard.dmg) where it then tells you it cannot make a connection to the server, download never happens. i've tried this several times all day today (wednesday, 04-Aug-2010), in both google chrome & firefox, same result, every time.

darwinports dot com isn't the website for macports. I don't know, but I might guess that it is now being run by some spammers looking to harvest email addresses or worse someone trying to get people to install malware. Visit http://www.macports.org/
(Is this even a real bug report? Or an attempt to gain search engine cred by creating links to the other site... hmm.)

Replying to sewebster@…: ok, thanx for letting me know. i went to "darwin ports" as i was directed there by the drizzle.org site as being the first step of getting that installed on a mac os x system. will contact drizzle folk & let them know via their wiki discussions —> http://drizzle.org/wiki/Talk:Compiling/MacOS_X
thank you again for the info. only sorry i can't take back having put in an e-mail address to them several times in trying to make it work. le sigh. oh well...

Invalid bug, as it's already been made clear. For start-up instructions on installing MacPorts, please always refer to www.macports.org/install.php and always steer clear of fraudulent websites, thank you! Closing ticket.
