texi2html 5.0_0 fails to install (permission problem)

10.5.8 PPC - XCode 3.1.3

Hi, when upgrading my MacPorts installaton, port tries to install texi2html, which hasn't been installed before. Then I get a permission error. As the output is not too long, I include it here:
