Description
Somehow #21341 changed from gcc44 packaging to add graphite optimizations. Not good for the ticket to creep like that.
I'm opening this ticket to track merging the graphite-enabling patches into gcc44, gcc45, and gcc46.
I've already committed and tested the ppl and cloog-ppl ports on which these patches depend. ppl needed light patching to work with gmp5.
Note that I've only tested gcc45 extensively, both with and without the new graphite variant.

Committed in r92829 (for gcc46 and gcc47; prior versions require cloog-ppl which is old and no longer supported).
