epiphany should use python26

Description
epiphany has dependencies on python25, py25-gtk, and py25-gnome.
python26 is the standard python for which all modules are available, and people probably have it on their machines already. We shouldnt have to instal python25. Could someone change the dependencies for epiphany?

Duplicate of #26166, epiphany updated to 2.30.3 in r70879, 2.30.5 in r71073. No longer depends on python.
