gtk-theme-switch fails to build

Description

I freshly installed macports.

I just gave the command "port -v install gtk-theme-switch".

I got a whole load of errors (I'm going to attach them).

The immediately obvious problem with this port is that it does not declare any dependencies (log shows that it requires at least gtk2 and pkgconfig). It seems it used to depend on gtk-engines2, but nox removed that in r29833.

Ok that's only a missing dependency problem, because I installed gtk-chtheme which installed a lot of other packages, and after that gtk-theme-switch installed just fine.
