gst-python fetch fails

Please remember to preview and use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field, and cc the maintainer. This happens because the portfile doesn't define any master_sites. port info gst-python indicates that it's just a stub now, however, it ought to give an informative error message rather than just failing to fetch.

gst-python has been replaced by py25-gst-python and py26-gst-python.
I just updated the gst-python Portfile to prefer py26-gst-python since python26 is the most current production version of python with wide adoption in MacPorts.
If py26-gst-python does not fetch, please let me know in a ticket filed against py26-gst-python.
