Description
When upgrading atlas at 10.5.8 on a G5. Got error:
--> Configuring atlas Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: shell command failed

Bare usernames don't work in the cc field; you have to use complete email addresses.
gcc44 was rev bumped after mpfr was updated, so if it's not outdated it should be built against the new mpfr. If you upgraded in the wrong order (by using -n or -R or manually activating the older mpfr) then you'll just have to reinstall gcc44.
