libsphinxclient: new subport of sphinx port

Description

The sphinx port does not install the development headers or library files needed to compile the sphinx php extension.

Turns out this header and library are a separate software package, libsphinxclient, having its own configure script and Makefile, which are in a subdirectory of the sphinx source distribution. We can easily enough make a subport of the sphinx port for that.
