updated macports to latest.

The relevant line from the log is: 

/usr/local/include/uuid.h:94: error: conflicting types for 'uuid_t'

Remove this file and anything else in /usr/local; software in /usr/local interferes with software compiled manually or with MacPorts. Clean apr before trying again ("sudo port clean apr").
